you have to alter the config......
go steam/steamapps/common/call of duty black ops/players/config
open the config with notepad and scroll to the very bottom and add this to the code:
seta thereisacow "1337" bind P "sf_use_ignoreammo 1" bind "sf_use_ignoreammo 0"
just put a space and paste this in then set the properties to read only and save. To turn it on and off press p on your keyboard

1. Start A Game Of Zombies
2. Buy A Weapon
3. Hold (X) And [RT]
PS3: HOLD [] AND R1
4. Tap (Y)
PS3:Tap Triangle

Go to Kino der Toten, then survive to level 7.
Next go to the theatre and turn on the power. Then when you can, go to the Pack-a-Punch room.
Use the Pack-a-Punch with whatever gun you have but leave it in the machine.
When you are teleporting back, press X rapdily.
Then next time you get Max Ammo, you will have all the weapons and ammo.
